Michael Marcantonio is Head of DeFi at Galaxy, where he oversees Galaxy’s onchain trading and decentralized engineering. Michael previously was Senior Corporate Counsel for Galaxy, where he helped lead Galaxy’s strategic mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Galaxy, Michael was an M&A attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, representing private equity clients and public companies in a range of complex mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of Duke Law School (’15), from which he received a J.D., and is barred in the state of New York.
